If you haven’t heard the news yet, Hallsley of Midlothian has opened another section offering individuals the opportunity to custom build a home in the Nationally Awarded Best Community in America. The Oaks officially released homesites on April 17th resulting in 19 home and lot sales. This sought after section of Hallsley has Homes starting at $500,000 in price and a minimum of 2,600 square feet with lot sizes of one half acre.

Southern Living has partnered with Hallsley and the Oaks to feature home plans from the popular magazine itself on a 12 lot cut-de-sac. This special section will showcase coastal cottages and low country architecture, giving it the name “A Southern Living Inspired Community.”

Hallsley, recently selected as the 2017 Best Community in America, is anything but a cookie-cutter neighborhood. Homes range from Classical to Georgian, Colonial American, Colonial Revival, Palladian, Romantic European, Victorian, and American Farmhouse (phew!). It’s easy to see why so man people call Hallsley home!

If you choose to join the Hallsley family and want to build in The Oaks, you will be able to indulge in all the resort like amenities Hallsley has to offer.
